Group rates: The hotel rates are per person in Euro net to us. The services (transfer, sightseeing, guide) are netto us; The vat tax at today's rate is included, rates are subject to alteration without previous notice. |
Complaints: Alterations, changes, substitutions must be immediately notified to Baino Viaggi and Bosco Rosso Viaggi, their agents or representatives immediately upon its happening. Written complaints will be accepted till 10 working days from clients return, after this term will be rejected. |

| Cancellations: No fees until 35 days prior arrivai, after this period, cancellation fees will be charged aas per contract agreements. |
Vouchers: To be emitted and accept, they must have written on them: booked and paid through Baino Viaggi and Bosco Rosso Viaggi |

| Liability : Baino Viaggi and Bosco Rosso Viaggi act solely as intermediary agents, thus cannot be called responsible for any lack of servìce, mistake, or whatever else caused from mistake of employers of suppliers, their agents or representative. Baino Viaggi and Bosco Rosso Viaggi reserve themselves thè right to change order of visit, keeping unchanged suppliance of services. Baino Viaggi and Bosco Rosso Viaggi will not be responsible in case of cancellations such asa to wars, riots, fires or politicai situations belonging to events of "Porce majeure". In any case, responsibility will not exceed terms and conditions established in 1970 from Bruxelles Convention (law 1084 of 27/12/1977). For any controversy or legai action thè Tribunal of Lanciano or Foggia will be Responsible. |
Payments: Groups: legai deposit of 30% requested upon reconfirmation, rooming list at least 20 days prior. Full payment 15 days prior to arrivai. |
